CIPSC is a Non-Profit organization (NGO) opreated by retired senior bureaucrats, officials, and people who have had their education from the top institutes like IITs and IIMs. This organization is formed to make a significant impact on the ground level with the help of Innovation and technology while keeping a sustainable environment in our minds.
Our NGO works on several areas of Environment, Social issues, advancing livelihoods of the underprivileged society and advocating the point of policy requirements on Environmental problems. We are working hand-in-hand with the government’s policies and regulations to frame them better.
CIPSC (Centre for Innovation, Policy and Social Change) has a collaboration with AIILSG (All India Institute of Local Self Government)
What We Do
CIPSC helps environmental problems by raising awareness, advocating for change, and supporting those affected by environmental issues.
We are trying to prevent most pressing environmental problems include climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss.
Fund Raising For Children suffering from deadly diseases such as genetic disorders Like SMA, Zolgensma, Luxturna, Raviciti Etc.

Mr. Singh belongs to the Indian Audit and Accounts Service. He worked in various capacities in Accountant General offices in different parts of the country, including Patna, Bhuvaneshwar, Delhi, Kolkata, etc. Mr. Arun Kumar Singh worked as Pr AG Audit Bihar and Pr AG (Accounts), Odisha, and finally retired from Comptroller and Auditor General’s Office as Deputy CAG in September 2015. After that, He worked as Member Judicial Enquiry Commission at Patna for one and a half years till June 2017. And now, He is one of the founder members of CIPSC.

Mr. Ajay Anand was in Indian Railways Traffic Service and retired as Executive Director, Container Corporation of India. He has expertise in logistics and catering and is presently running a playschool at Patna. And now, He is one of the founder members of CIPSC

Worked a Scientist ‘E’ in the Central Pollution Control board in 2013, and he was also the Former Additional Director in the Central Pollution Board. And now, He is one of the founder members of CIPSC.

Joined PNB as Management Trainee on 29.12.1980and after completing various assignments at different places, retired from PNB on 31.12.2017 as Dy. General Manager from Corporate office New Delhi. And now, He is one of the founder members of CIPSC.

Mr. A. M. Prasad retired from the Indian Revenue Service after serving the Government of India for a period of 37 years. Mr. Prasad has held several key positions in the Government, including Special Secretary to GoI and Director General, Central Economic Intelligence Bureau, Member of the Central Board of Excise and Customs, Chief Commissioner, Central Excise and Customs.

Atul Kumar Rohatgi is an alumnus of IIT-BHU, IIT-Delhi, and FMS-Delhi with over 37 years of work experience in technical and soft skill-building and management education, Energy and water conservation, green building, and in the field of heavy engineering. Presently he is engaged in building technical skills in Energy and water conservation in buildings and Industries.

He has diverse expertise extending consultancy support in solid waste management, wastewater management, water distribution, Stormwater drainage, rainwater harvesting, environmental management, decentralized wastewater treatment, and PHE works.

Being an environmental sustainability enthusiast, Vandana has her research-based master’s degree in Sustainability Management from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and Environmental Science from MJP Rohilkhand University, India. She has professional experience in achieving Sustainable Development Goals, capacity-building pieces of training, community mobilization, awareness, and research.
